DERMA-CLIN LOTION

A new Hydroquinone with the benefits of Glycolic Acid

Derma-Clin Lotion is effective against Melasma, freckles, uneven pigmentation and wrinkles. An intensive treatment with twice-daily application of the lotion leads to fair, smooth and glowing complexion. Lines and wrinkles around the eye area become less visible. Mottled hyper-pigmentation and wrinkles on the forehead are considerably improved.

Indications:
DERMA-CLIN is indicated for depigmentation in hyperpigmented skin conditions such as Chloasma, Melasma, Freckles, Senile Lentigens, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and other forms of melanin hyperpigmentation.

Dosage:
Apply to the affected areas twice daily, in the morning and before bedtime. During the day, an effective broad-spectrum sunscreen such as U-Veil SPF 30 or U-Veil SPF 60 should be used and unnecessary solar exposure should be avoided.

Clinical Pharmacology
It has been suggested that the primary action of Hydroquinone is directed at Tyrosinase. This selective inhibition of the enzyme effects Melanogensis in the Melanocytes resulting in cessation of melanin formation and subsequent reduction in pigmentation. Additional studies indicate Hydroquinone acts on the essential sub-cellular metabolic process of Melanocytes with resultant Cytolysis, i.e. non-enzyme-mediated depigmentation.

Derma-Clin Lotion contains:
Hydroquinone USP 3%, Glycolic acid (an AHA) to enhance appearance and cleanse the rough exfoliation of all type of skin-cell buildup. Hydroquinone USP 3% is the strongest concentration available for effective lightening of darkened skin patches.
